Broad Branch Road from downtown Washington:
1) Take Connecticut Avenue north to Military Road and turn right. Turn
right on Broad Branch Road
2) Take 16th Street NW north to Military Road. Turn west. Turn left on
32nd Street.
The Department of Terrestrial Magnetism and the Geophysical Laboratory
are at 5241 and 5251 Broad Branch Road.

Temple Sinai is located at 3100 Military Road, N.W. in the District
of Columbia. If approaching from Virginia or Maryland, take the Capitol
Beltway (Rt. 495) to the Connecticut Avenue exit. Proceed south on Connecticut
Avenue across East-West Highway (Maryland Rt. 410) and around the traffic
circle (Chevy Chase Circle) which is at the Washington/Maryland border.
Continue south on Connecticut Avenue to the third traffic light, which
is Military Road. Make a left turn, and continue for .8 miles. The temple
is on the right hand side of the road.
If approaching from within the District of Columbia, go north on Connecticut Avenue to Military Road and make a right turn; continue as indicated above. Alternatively, you may reach the Temple from the East (from 16th Street or Georgia Avenue) by going west on Military Road across Utah Avenue (St. John's College High School is on the corner) and continuing for approximately three blocks; the congregation is on the left.
